Happiest Place on Earth

Thanks to a Deloitte conference we got some gratis tickets to Disneyland this weekend.

Of course that didn't make the Mic & Cheese free, but it was still pretty fun to look at (if not to eat since it was just Kraft).

We got two rides on Dumbo in before most of the blog readers were probably awake.

Laura got her wish to have some pictures taken of her and her children this week.

We made a return visit to the character breakfast after getting some quick rides in. Pinocchio seems to be questioning whether Carson really had ridden the Matterhorn.

The wonderful thing about the character breakfast was that it was a wonderful thing.

I'm sure there are Disney crazies who will inform me otherwise, but I'm fairly convinced that the people in the Chip & Dale costumes claim to be the other one whenever parents assert which on they are. Perhaps it's just best that I didn't have twins.

One can only guess what is going through Carson's mind in this picture.

Despite what you might think, this is not a family picture. That's Goofy, Bill is taking the picture.

The force was strong enough with this one to get picked for the Jedi Training Academy.

Given his love of Darth Vader, I'm fairly certain Carson would have been happy to convert to the dark side.

Captain Jack Spar-Goat.

All Disney trips end the same way.

Because of blog tardiness we also had some events from the previous week that didn't get published. Summer enjoyed a ride on her lion.

Though not as much as Carson enjoyed making cookies with Laura.

Aunt Beth (and fam) stopped in for a visit.

Summer has a long way to go to catch Uncle Jeff.

The family filled weekend concluded with a visit to Aunt Colleen and new dog Biggie Smalls.
