We bid bon voyage to Laura yesterday (that's her Airbus A380 cruising out of LAX in the background). As many of you have seen on facebook, she's suffering through a business trip to Paris. This added freedom to my schedule has finally allowed me to update the blog after a month of silence to start the new year.
So, what have we been up to over the past month? Well, there were the standard things like visits to the aquarium and fighting for truth, justice and the American way.
Although we're equally happy to promote the Canadian way as well.
The Bengals have now been in the playoffs 60% of the seasons Carson has been alive for, and 67% for Summer. Sadly, only Bill has been around long enough to see a playoff win.
For the 23rd year in a row, we were the only Bengals dressed for Superbowl Sunday.
Our home is our castle, but the Playa Condo will only be it's location for a short time longer.
The Playa Condo has officially sold, leaving us a short 35 more days to be sitting on the dock of the lagoon.
March 17th will be the official day that the sun sets on our time in PDR.
Not to jinx it, but it looks quite likely that we'll be heading south to the sporting life of El Segundo. More details on that to come.
