Happy Valentine's Day

It's so hard balancing all our priorities, but Carson wishes you a happy Valentine's day all the same.

Speaking of balancing acts, Summer continued to improve her sitting abilities this week.

We had a very heart shaped valentine's day, with plates and eggs for breakfast...

as well as bowls and tapioca for dessert.

Carson finally found a place he could push Summer without getting in trouble.

Thanks to a shipment of croissants from Ging-Ging and Pops we got to play with a little dry ice.

Although it's over a week late, both children were quite vocal in wishing you Valentine's day happiness.

Continued Summery Days in SoCal.

We were a little slow to get an update posted this week, but as usual we had our hands full.

Summer had another good week.

We got another week to enjoy the typical warm February temperatures.

School has us on a more regular shampooing pattern, which allows for some hairstyle experimentation.

Laura and Summer went to Santa Barbara last Thursday to help Aunt Beth recover from her ACL surgery.

Dr. Will dropped in after a well timed southern California medical conference (at least for doctors from Michigan).

Summer showed off her new sitting skills at the beach over the weekend.

Uncle Ken would be jealous: Carson began his bowling career last weekend at Justin and Jack's third birthday party.

As if the weekend wasn't exciting enough, Grandma arrived in town on Sunday and spent the day before heading to Florence Nightingale duty in Santa Barbara.

Super Weekend

The fam was all smiles to start the day on Tuesday.

As some of you may have seen on Laura's facebook page this week, Carson was complaining about the excessive Sunshine levels in California this week. It was certainly the case on the way to school on Thursday.

Summer and I were once again appropriately attired for a big Georgetown win on Saturday.

Laura spent Saturday at her friend Danielle's baby shower (she also made the cake).

We did our best to match our second place finish from the Santa Monica 5000, but Carson & I finished somewhere slightly lower than 2nd in the Redondo Beach 10k.
